Before launch
Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before launch. Email 125880731@qq.com and we’ll process it — no questions asked.
If we don’t ship
If MotifLab does not launch by March 31, 2027, every pre-order is refunded automatically to the original payment method. You don’t need to do anything.
After launch
Once early access opens, early-bird lifetime purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time and run until the end of the paid period.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record, Creem, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Applicable VAT and sales tax is refunded together with the purchase.
